Industry Specific Testing Provider
LabSmart was originally started in 2005 by Peter Young, who, after many years working with NATA, saw the need for a new proficiency testing provider.
In 2019, the company was sold, and under new ownership, continues to provide excellent service for ongoing and new clients alike.
LabSmart pride ourselves on hiring employees with extensive experience in their specialty fields, who are best able to communicate with our customers, and give technical comment on: test methods, equipment, approach and technique.
Our clients include:

Our Service Area
Servicing Australia-Wide
LabSmart’s head office is located in Bendigo, Victoria. Our programs are available Australia-wide.
We run regular programs with Z-score summaries usually available approximately 2-4 weeks after all participant results have been submitted.
Z-score summaries may act as sufficient interim proof of meeting standard requirements to NATA, until such time as the full report becomes available.
LabSmart has access to a panel of external technical advisors that provide additional, specialised technical input where required.
